Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance software applications and support project initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between business units and IT, focusing on EDI 834 transactions and enrollment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for Enrollment and Eligibility processes, particularly EDI 834 file exchanges
- Elicit detailed requirements and analyze data flows for onboarding and maintenance of EDI 834 transactions
- Lead testing and enhancement activities for enrollment systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience
- 4 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data analysis and troubleshooting
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience with EDI standards, particularly EDI 834, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
