Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of internal reporting capabilities, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will design and implement reporting solutions, manage automation processes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with business requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and facilitate process design changes through complex business and systems analysis, focusing on quality improvement and data management
• Manage the automation of reports from Access to SSRS, including creating stored procedures and designing reports
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet CMS requirements and participate in audits, while supporting various business functions with reporting needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Excel, and Tableau
• Experience with Medicare and familiarity with systems such as Invidasys and Market Prominence is desirable
• Strong understanding of data models and their relationship to reporting
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and daily operational requests effectively
