Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Managing the daily oversight of CRI-supported applications, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will troubleshoot issues, administer user access, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement and validate systems within the Clinical Research Enterprise, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee troubleshooting, user access administration, and documentation of standard operating procedures for applications
- Coordinate with vendors and clinical research teams to test and implement new system modules
- Develop training manuals and provide guidance as a subject matter expert for clinical research systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health science; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience in clinical trials management
- Four to eight years of relevant clinical experience in a clinical research setting
- Expertise in clinical trial workflows, data requirements, and regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of clinical trial management systems and electronic health records
- Experience with business intelligence tools and report formatting applications preferred
