Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will develop scalable business processes and Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and improve user experience throughout the lead-to-cash lifecycle.

Required qualifications

- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and associated business applications
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
- Strong skills in business process analysis and improvement
