Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will ensure the Ad Sales business operates effectively by providing user support, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting issues related to sales, planning, and campaign management.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of ticket requests, analyzing and following up while meeting established SLAs
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and document processes in a knowledge base
- Identify and manage defects, working with vendors and engineering teams to implement solutions
