Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the technical program management of high-impact strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will operate remotely to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical design while managing complex multi-system integrations and data flows.
Key responsibilities
- Document and design end-to-end system flows and functional integration requirements to address complex enterprise challenges
- Act as the primary execution partner with technical teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with prioritized roadmaps through the Kanban lifecycle
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and system gaps, recommending scalable solutions that align with business strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role, with 4 years leading complex, multi-system initiatives
- Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows, including CRM and Billing platforms
- Proficiency in Agile/Kanban methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
- Strong background in technical systems analysis, including data schemas and API integration patterns
