Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Driving business process transformation, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will optimize the Lead-to-Order process on Salesforce with a focus on AI and mobile-first experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Sales projects by facilitating requirement gathering sessions and developing solution prototypes for the L2O process
- Identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities throughout the L2O lifecycle, including defining and documenting end-to-end AI use cases
- Assess sales tools in the market and provide recommendations for new capabilities while driving user adoption and change management
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of business analysis experience, with 5+ years of Salesforce expertise
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order processes and sales operations
- Experience in L2O transformation initiatives and delivering AI-enabled business capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant)
