Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will design scalable customer care processes, translate complex requirements into actionable specifications, and drive product quality assurance to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to map end-to-end workflows and ensure technical systems align with operational goals
- Translate high-level product intent into detailed functional and technical specifications for engineering teams
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as the primary contact for domain quality and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role delivering complex technical solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and experience building actionable dashboards and reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with architecting integrations across enterprise systems
- Deep familiarity with Agile/SDLC methodologies and customer care operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
