Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing technology program, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will administer and enhance business systems like NetSuite and HubSpot, collaborating across teams to optimize operations and ensure alignment with business goals in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Business Systems function, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Configure solutions to improve operations in billing, procurement, and financial processes
- Document system configurations and collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance system performance and security posture
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder and familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
- Experience with financial systems supporting billing and reconciliation processes
- Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and exposure to compliance environments such as SOC or SOX
