Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary full-time basis, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, lead small projects, and ensure system quality through testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements for new systems and enhancements
- Act as the lead for small to medium projects, coordinating with stakeholders and IT
- Support test planning, execution, and evaluation, while managing defects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large or mid-size environments
- Experience with workflow automation, basic scripting, and SQL/reporting
- Familiarity with TM Forum, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices
- 3+ years of experience with OSS/BSS for billing and provisioning
