Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge revenue stakeholders and revenue systems teams to support efficiency and scalable solutions
• Scope and prioritize technical builds in support of project goals
• Support and enhance Salesforce builds with a focus on user experience and adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a BSA or technical role
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
• Expertise in Quality Assurance testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and data-driven testing
