Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Sabre & Amadeus GDS using cryptic commands, with Travelport Apollo / Galileo experience as a plus
• Understand PNR touchpoints at a Corporate TMC
• Create effective technical and functional documentation & user stories

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business travel
• Proficiency in SDLC/Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Agile/Kanban methodology) is preferred
• Experience collaborating across multiple cross functional teams
• Demonstrated experience working with APIs, SQL, XML & JSON is preferred
• Flexible schedule - must be willing to work off-hours with clients and teams in other time zones
