Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Sabre & Amadeus GDS using cryptic commands, with Travelport Apollo / Galileo experience as a plus
Understand PNR touchpoints at a Corporate TMC
Create effective technical and functional documentation & user stories

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business travel
Proficiency in SDLC/Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Agile/Kanban methodology) is preferred
Experience collaborating across multiple cross functional teams
Demonstrated experience working with APIs, SQL, XML & JSON is preferred
Flexible schedule - must be willing to work off-hours with clients and teams in other time zones
