Senior Business Systems Associate

Job Summary

To support Valon's servicing operations, the full-time Senior Business Systems Associate will manage complex system configurations, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive operational efficiency improvements through technology and process enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for business-critical systems, including Zendesk and NICE CXone
• Lead system implementations and optimization initiatives from discovery through deployment
• Analyze operational workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve employee efficiency

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business systems administration or related functions
• 2+ years of experience supporting platforms such as Zendesk or NICE CXone
• Experience leading system implementations or process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong background in workforce management or operational analytics preferred
