A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medium to high-complexity projects to enhance the customer experience and improve efficiency in the quote funnel
• Design, test, and implement processes and systems while advocating for customer needs
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to coordinate system updates and drive continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
• Experience in systems enhancements, testing, analyzing systems, and requirements gathering
• Strong project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to analyze detailed information and apply critical thinking to business requirements
• Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and coordinating testing
