Senior Business Systems Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium to high-complexity projects to enhance the customer experience and improve efficiency in the quote funnel
- Design, test, and implement processes and systems while advocating for customer needs
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to coordinate system updates and drive continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
- Experience in systems enhancements, testing, analyzing systems, and requirements gathering
- Strong project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to analyze detailed information and apply critical thinking to business requirements
- Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and coordinating testing
