Senior Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the GTM Operations systems and strategy, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Engineer will architect a seamless, scalable GTM stack, ensuring data architecture supports execution across Sales, Marketing, and Finance while implementing a new SFDC instance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end technical architecture of the GTM tech stack, facilitating data flow throughout the customer lifecycle
• Act as the primary technical liaison for Sales, Finance, and Marketing, translating departmental needs into a technical roadmap for the Force.com platform
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, including automated testing and security protocols for internal GTM applications

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Force.com development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, and platform limits
• Proven experience in designing complex enterprise integrations and managing high-volume data pipelines
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Ability to navigate complex relational databases for strategic decision-making
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing a prioritized backlog in Jira or similar tools
