Job Summary

Focusing on AI-driven automation and Salesforce solutions, the full-time Senior Business Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable systems while collaborating closely with product, business, and architecture teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote AI-driven automation by exploring and implementing solutions such as Einstein and LLM-assisted workflows
• Design and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components while adhering to development standards
• Contribute to CI/CD modernization efforts, including AI-assisted code reviews and test automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency with Apex, Flow, LWC, and Salesforce declarative automation
• Authentic enthusiasm for AI-driven development with hands-on experimentation in tools like Copilot and Einstein
• Working familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and subscription-based revenue models
