Senior Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Manager to oversee the strategic development and optimization of go-to-market systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant to diagnose operational bottlenecks and translate executive strategy into technical requirements
• Manage the end-to-end health of the Salesforce instance and serve as the internal lead for Salesforce CPQ
• Own the GTM systems roadmap and lead full-lifecycle projects from scoping to deployment

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in Business Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment
• Deep expertise with Salesforce, including admin configuration and automation tools
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, and Gong
• Proven ability to architect scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ) are a plus
