Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Manager, a full-time role, is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle technology stack, driving cross-functional programs, and serving as a strategic partner to various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for Customer Success and Support systems
- Drive cross-functional programs and initiatives independently without requiring oversight
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure systems align with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms in business systems or revenue operations
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud) and Zendesk
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and customer health scoring tools
- Demonstrated AI fluency and experience with AI-powered tooling in business systems
- Strong command of requirements documentation, UAT, and release management practices
