Job Summary

Owning the customer lifecycle technology stack, the full-time Senior Business Systems Manager will develop strategies for Salesforce and Zendesk, drive cross-functional programs, and partner with leadership to enhance customer outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for customer success technologies, focusing on retention and customer health outcomes
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs independently, ensuring alignment across various teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee performance, translating business needs into technical solutions
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years managing enterprise SaaS platforms in a business systems or revenue operations capacity
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud) and Zendesk
  • Experience with customer data platforms and customer health scoring tools
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Fluency in retention and expansion metrics relevant to customer lifecycle systems
