Senior Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the NetSuite ecosystem, the full-time Senior Business Systems Manager will manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, implement system improvements, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT, with options for onsite or remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily NetSuite operations and manage support staff
• Identify and implement improvements to configurations and workflows
• Lead ERP migration and integration projects for acquired entities

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years in business systems or ERP administration, with 3+ years as a NetSuite Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge
• Fluency in NetSuite's Inventory and Manufacturing modules
• Working knowledge of ITGC controls and SOX compliance frameworks
