Senior Business Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Translating Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment business requirements into production-ready technical solutions, the full-time Senior Business Technical Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance data integration and automate processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business analysts and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and process improvements
• Analyze requirements and automate processing to support production-ready SAS code for Encounter Risk Adjustment workflows
• Create robust database solutions by integrating complex healthcare datasets and modernizing legacy SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake architecture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis
• 4+ years of experience in relevant programming, including SAS, SQL, and Snowflake
• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare, specifically with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
• Experience modernizing SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake using Snowflake SQL and Snowpark Python
• Preferred certifications include SAS Certified Professional or SnowPro Certification
