Senior Business Transformation Advisor

Job Summary

To support the implementation of mission-critical policies for a government client, the remote Senior Business Transformation Advisor will develop actionable plans, provide strategic support to executive leadership, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders in a long-term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on best practices for organizational and business transformation
• Conduct policy analysis and develop actionable blueprints for business operations and processes
• Develop clear implementation plans for policy initiatives and establish tracking tools to monitor progress

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Organizational Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, and/or policy implementation
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI)
• Familiarity with change management principles and frameworks
• Experience developing communications products for various audiences, including executive leadership
