Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, map, and design business workflows and client journey maps
• Facilitate process mapping sessions and maintain systemic documentation
• Provide expert consultation with operational leaders to identify and implement automation opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven ability to lead the evaluation and enhancement of business processes using data-driven methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement or business transformation roles
• Formal education in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience within healthcare or revenue cycle management strongly preferred
