Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Business Transformation Analyst will lead the adoption of technical and process enhancements within a fully remote environment, focusing on evaluating workflows, facilitating change management, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, map, and design business workflows and client journey maps
• Facilitate process mapping sessions and maintain systemic documentation, including version control and approvals
• Provide expert consultation with operational leaders to identify and implement automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
• Demonstrated expertise in workflow mapping and facilitating organizational change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio) and other relevant process improvement software
• Formal education in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred but not required
