Senior Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Transformation Delivery Manager to lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead full lifecycle planning and delivery of assigned strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and executive sponsors to drive business value
• Provide thought leadership to develop and mature project and transformation management practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of full lifecycle project and program management experience (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in transformation management and organizational change management
• Application of project management best practices and methodologies
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and communicate project status clearly
• Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to staying updated with delivery trends
