Senior Business Value Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Value Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best practice guidance and strategic advisory support to customers to maximize the value of the platform
• Assist in establishing a data strategy to track KPIs and evaluate communication effectiveness
• Present strategic recommendations to customer stakeholders and collaborate on content strategy to align with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight or more years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or equivalent communications experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing data-driven strategies and owning the full value lifecycle
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute projects within scope and budget
• Operational knowledge of internal communication or HR platforms preferred
