Senior Business Value Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Value Consulting program, the full-time Senior Business Value Consultant will remotely lead value realization planning for strategic accounts, helping customers articulate business outcomes and drive measurable value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts, establishing measurement frameworks and tracking outcomes
• Build and maintain AI value realization capabilities to enhance customer success conversations and outcomes
• Engage directly with strategic accounts to facilitate value realization discussions and develop business cases for deeper platform engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, or sales strategy, preferably in SaaS or technology
• BS/BA degree or relevant experience
• Proven ability to translate platform capabilities into clear business value narratives
• Experience designing scalable tools and frameworks for customer engagement
• Strong data analysis skills to build and model value frameworks
