Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Buyer will manage the procurement process for goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost reduction initiatives while collaborating with various internal departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees the purchase order process to ensure timely delivery and payment of products
  • Analyzes spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities and manage supplier performance
  • Negotiates contracts and improves pricing and terms with suppliers to drive value improvements
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive purchasing experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and financial information
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Oracle/SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Solar and/or Solar Racking experience is highly preferred
