Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Buyer to support Supply-Chain contracts in a hybrid remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track customer initiatives and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Identify and maintain strategic supplier relationships while leading project review sessions
- Negotiate subcontract terms and provide formal management updates on supplier performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Government contract, procurement, and project management
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with Government contracting, specifically Government Delivery Orders and Task Orders
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR)
