Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buyer II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement issues and provide solutions based on best practices
• Manage procurement exceptions and collaborate with the Accounts Payable team on invoice discrepancies
• Identify cost-effective means of securing products/services and assist in contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• CPM or CPSM certification preferred
• Minimum of three years' purchasing experience required
• Experience in a healthcare Supply Chain Management environment preferred
• Prior experience with automated systems preferred
