Senior Buyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Buyer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance and timely fulfillment
• Lead sourcing events and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate vendor payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5-7 years of procurement or supply chain experience
• Experience with RFPs, contract request workflows, and supplier negotiations
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience in a remote or hybrid biopharmaceutical environment with cross-functional stakeholders
