Job Summary
Hands-on and execution-focused, the full-time Senior Buyer will design and manage purchasing operations, establish workflows and data integrity standards in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and oversee supplier relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the tolling-to-turnkey transition plan and maintain coordination with suppliers to meet consumption timelines and milestones
- Design and implement purchasing workflows and PO management standards, ensuring inventory levels and accuracy within Business Central
- Identify and manage supplier relationships, conducting cost analyses and supporting product development with vendor sourcing
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain with a focus on improving purchasing processes
- Experience with manufacturing, contract manufacturers, or CPG supply chains preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems
