Senior Buyer Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Buyer/Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the entire procurement lifecycle in NetSuite, including quoting, PO creation, and delivery tracking
• Source and obtain competitive bids for materials, equipment, and services while ensuring timely delivery
• Monitor materials planning and take actions to prevent stock-outs, maintaining accurate planning parameters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Buyer-Planner experience in a small to mid-sized company
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Advanced experience with NetSuite ERP in Procurement and Planning modules
• Proven end-to-end procurement ownership and strong negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of logistics, INCO terms, and freight forwarding
