Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform software system integration, technical planning, and back-end application development using C# and .Net technologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and back-end development using MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design with SQL Server and experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with version control systems like GIT
