Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and participate in Agile software development processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including software systems integration and technical support
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement best engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
