Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications using C# within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using the .Net framework and MVC architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure software quality and performance

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of experience in software development
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
