Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, along with CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools, including NUnit and xUnit
