Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

Experienced in full-stack development, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide technical support while working remotely within the Veterans Affairs department.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create .Net back-end applications and ensure application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and working with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with CI/CD practices
