Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications using C# and .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications utilizing the .Net framework, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, applying Agile methodologies and promoting good software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, and MVC architecture for back-end application development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
