Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform software systems integration, technical planning, and development of .Net applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and C#, with proficiency in MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems such as GIT
