Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software system integration, and development using .Net technologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, applying Agile methodologies and promoting best software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Strong expertise in C#, .Net framework, and .Net Core, including MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as unit testing frameworks like NUnit
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
