Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and full-stack development using C# and .Net technologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net Core and MVC architecture, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and promote good software engineering standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline with at least five years of relevant experience
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and back-end application development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
