Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of .Net back-end applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-level and detailed requirements definition, test planning, and execution for software systems
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong C# programming skills
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
