Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-level and detailed requirements definition, test planning, and execution for software systems
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to build and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices for improved reusability

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong knowledge of C#
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with five or more years of relevant experience
