Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in C# and .Net technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration while participating in daily stand-ups
• Develop and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with a strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
