Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration for various projects
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to build and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring quality and performance
• Document software designs and collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to promote best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with five or more years of experience in .Net development
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, as well as CI/CD practices and tools
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools, along with experience in Agile development methodologies
