Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support, utilizing full-stack expertise in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-level and detailed requirements definition, test planning, and execution for software systems
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net framework and C#, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile methodologies and promote good software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and back-end application development with MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
