Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software integration, and development tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to design, develop, and maintain .Net applications, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and promote good software engineering methodologies

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# proficiency
• Experience in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as Agile development methodologies
