Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software system performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net Core and C# within an Agile framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with at least five years of experience in software development
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools, and experience with version control systems like GIT
