Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution for software systems
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices for improved reusability

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as unit testing frameworks like NUnit
